Do you need help?

Do you need immediate help in-game?

If your character is somehow bugged, submit a ticket in the game or contact a GM on our IRC (see the IRC guide in the Guides section).

Have you found a bugged quest, NPC or anything else?

If you cannot complete a quest, first look at TwinHead and check out whether the quest is marked as working. Below you can find out whether there already is an issue created about the quest.

Do not report bugged quests into tickets! Instead, create a report in our BUGReport on TwinHEAD (see the instructions in the Guides section).

You do not have an in-game issue but with something else?

Donate

Via Donate you can financially support the server. In exchange for your money you will obtain TwinStar stars, which can be spent in the Account manager on services such as changing you character’s nick or buying a character. Purchase a level-70 character and do not bother with levelling up!

Vote system

We are working on implementing a Vote system, which will reward you for your votes, into the Account manager. At the time being, you can vote by clicking on the banners on our main page but no rewards are given out.
